Here are four practical ways to improve myelination and enhance your brain function:
1️⃣ 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻: engage in activities like puzzles, crosswords, or brain games to stimulate neural connections and promote myelination.
