Here's the framework we should have been taught when we were children!

The ๐—”๐—•๐—–๐—— ๐— ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—น - a simple yet powerful framework to navigate change:

โžก๏ธ ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€: recognize your resistance to change. Acknowledge the emotions and thoughts that arise when faced with something new.
โžก๏ธ ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐˜€: challenge any negative beliefs or assumptions you have about change. Reframe them into positive affirmations.
โžก๏ธ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ: understand that you have the power to choose your response to change (this is a big one, Viktor Frankl's story and book can turn you a pro in this). Instead of resisting, choose to adapt and grow.
โžก๏ธ ๐——๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป: set clear goals and intentions for embracing change. Visualize the positive outcomes and focus on moving forward.
โžก๏ธ ๐—ง๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ป๐—ถ๐—พ๐˜‚๐—ฒ: Reframing:

SอŸTอŸEอŸPอŸ อŸ2อŸ:อŸ อŸ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—น๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—บ: question the validity of these thoughts. Are they based on facts or assumptions? Challenge them with evidence to the contrary.

SอŸTอŸEอŸPอŸ อŸ3อŸ:อŸ อŸ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ: transform negative thoughts into positive affirmations.
