At this time of the year, I always get asked the same question: how do you help your clients build their discipline to stay committed to their goals?
I don't. 🤷♀️
Mostly because it's not a discipline that they need.
I share with them a very simple brain principle 🧠 and they immediately understand that discipline is not the problem, and then we focus on the real missing bit.
