As a Buddhist, over the years I’ve been asked many questions such as:
- What does it mean you’re Buddhist?
- How do you practice it? What does it entail?
- How do you stay committed to your practice?
- Why did you choose Buddhism?
- In what way it helps you and your career?
- What should I do if I want to try it?
…and many others.
While answering, I realised there’s a lot of confusion on what it means to be a Buddhist today, what we do, why we do it and how we benefit from it. I addressed all this in a Sunday morning talk with some friends that will help anyone curious about Buddhism learning the basics.
As a neuroscience-based and hands-on coach, I embraced Buddhism from a spiritual and scientific perspective, and I translate its principle into actionable steps and practical strategies you can consider implementing in your life and career.
