This is why a strategic thinking session makes you feel more exhausted than a full day of gardening. And this is also why you shouldn't perform vital tasks when your fuel is gone at the end of the day.

Conversely, non-vital tasks that burn too much fuel shouldn't be performed at the beginning of the day.
