SEE NEUROSCIENCE IN ACTION: TACKLE ROOT CAUSES, NOT SYMPTOMS
Hey!
Struggling with misaligned teams, innovation bottlenecks, or recurring interpersonal friction? Wondering why your culture initiatives don’t stick or why collaboration remains stuck?
Then this free Mini-Workshop is for you.
I don’t usually talk about what I do: I show it. I’ll run a short, private session for your HR, L&D, or decision-makers, so you walk away with tools and insights you can use straight away.
As you experience my approach, you’ll also learn how the brain really works and how to use that to shift mindsets, influence even the toughest leaders, and drive real change.
It’s not a pitch. It’s a hands-on session, because feeling the impact always beats hearing about it.

What is the mini-Workshop about?
A 60-minute session with 2-3 decision makers (CEO, HR, or Senior Leaders).
You’ll learn how the brain processes change, communication, and threat, and apply neuroscience tools to real issues like misalignment, team friction, and psychological safety.
Did you know that...
Leaders who apply neuroscience principles in team management increase employee engagement by 25%, thanks to greater empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution.
— Journal of Applied Psychology
Your Situation now
You’ve seen the symptoms: slowed innovation, poor cross-functional collaboration, recurring tension. But the fixes rarely last.
✔ Cultural programs often miss the brain-based root causes of behavior and resistance.
✔ Poor communication isn’t a skills issue: it’s neurological, tied to stress, threat, and unmet brain needs.
✔ Innovation stalls when teams operate in survival mode, not cognitive safety.

After the Workshop, You'll Be Able To
...assess the real-world impact this approach could have in your organisation, so you can finally see change that sticks. At the same time, you will:
✔ Use science-backed language to align even skeptical leaders around culture change.
✔ Reframe trust, collaboration, and psychological safety as measurable, trainable outcomes.
✔ Leave with neuroscience framework to use right away, no extra resources needed.
Attending this mini-workshop it’s like getting a brain instruction manual that helps you solve problems quickly, efficiently, and for the long term.

This hands-on session gives CEOs and HR leaders a shared, neuroscience-backed framework to lead with greater clarity, alignment, and impact. Experience it for yourself, and see how this approach can shift even the most resistant or skeptical leaders.
What's the mini-workshop process?
We’ll co-create the content around your current organizational friction points to ensure it’s targeted and useful.
This Isn’t a Lecture or a Sales Pitch.
It’s practical.
It’s applied.
It’s for real.
By the end, you’ll have a neuroscience lens on a pressing leadership or culture issue and practical tools to resolve it.
let's make it happen

Bruna De Palo, PCC
Neuroscience-based Executive & Team Coach | Author | Keynote Speaker
Hi,
I'm Bruna.
I am a neuroscience-based executive and team coach, and the author of The Brain Instruction Manual for Leaders - What nobody told you about working with humans book.
But above all, I’m someone who believes in showing, not just telling. That’s why I created the Mini-Workshop for HR.
I work every day with highly analytical, data-driven leaders, and I’ve learned to engage them using the only language they truly trust: science (okay, I’ll admit my 20+ years in the tech world help too!).
Since 2022, I’ve been a Faculty Member at the NeuroLeadership Institute, an experience that allows me to bring their brain research into the corporate world, turning it into sessions that spark interest and lead to real, lasting change, even in people’s personal lives.
I can’t wait to show you how!
