Hey there!

It's Bruna here πŸ‘‹ happy weekend!

Ever wondered how top executives stay laser-focused on their life goals amid their demanding schedules?

It has been a full year since I found the tool you're about to discover, and every client I used it with, loved it! It is an incredibly simple yet extraordinarily potent tool - one that literally enables you to move mountains!

'Cause that's what happens when you tap into your deepest desires, aspirations, and life mission!

It will take you 1 minute and 27 seconds to read it: give it a go, you’ll thank me later :)

Enjoy!

Introducing the "Nirvana Letter"! Its mission is clearβ€”to help you manifest your aspirations. This exercise in reflection and visualization involves writing a letter to yourself or a trusted friend, casting your ideal future in words as if it were already a reality.

The Nirvana Letter does something incredibleβ€”it helps you dig deep into your innermost desires, dreams, and goals. It's like creating a vivid picture of the life you've always dreamt of. And here's the magic: it's like plotting the route to your dream destination... but in reverse.

Here's what matters in a Nirvana Letter:

  • The letter is typically written from the future, several years ahead. Imagine yourself at a point in the future when you have achieved your most cherished goals and reached a state of personal and professional fulfilment.

  • Use positive and affirmative language, expressing your achievements and experiences as if they are happening in the present moment. This helps create a sense of reality and immersion in the envisioned future.

  • Include specific details about your life, accomplishments, relationships, and overall state of being. It paints a vivid picture of what life looks and feels like in this ideal future.

  • Infuse the letter with your emotions, expressing not only what you have achieved but also how you feel about those achievements. This emotional connection helps reinforce the vision and makes it more meaningful.

  • Ensure the envisioned future aligns with your core values and long-term goals. You want it to represent a life that feels authentic and deeply satisfying.

  • Remember to express gratitude for the journey that led you to this future and for the support and resources that have contributed to your success.

In short: the more vivid and realistic the letter, the better.

Here’s an example from a past client (I changed a few details to protect his privacy):

In conclusion, the act of writing your Nirvana Letter is a transformative exercise in itself, offering insights into personal growth, goal setting, and motivation. Over time in your busy life, it will be your lighthouse, lighting the path to your dreams, nurturing your sense of purpose, and keeping you authentic.
