Did you know that the brain itself cannot feel pain?
🧠 That's right; there are no pain receptors in the brain, meaning that headaches are caused by other structures surrounding it, such as skin and muscles.
This means that when you're experiencing a headache, you should 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, such as in the blood vessels, muscles, or nerves of the head and neck.
